Group Registrations Terms & Conditions
Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a handling fee of 3.5%.
Please note that the following information for each participant is required:
- Individual e-mail address (it is not possible to register 2 persons with the same email address)
- Address details (first and last name, institute, city and country)
- Registration confirmations will be sent to your guests in your group account.
Group Registration Process
- Group leaders need to register their group by completing the form on this page
- Our Group Services will send you the participants sheet to complete with participants information.
- Invoice and payment instructions will be sent after we receive the participants information.
- Registration Confirmations will be sent within one week after payment is received.
Cancellation Conditions
- Registrations are non refundable.
- In case of Refunds, Credit card surcharge of 5% will not be refunded.
- All prices mentioned are in EUR and inclusive of 20% VAT.
