Member tickets are only available if ESR membership '23 was settled by August 31, '23. The age limit for the registration as young trainee is set at 35 years (incl. the age of 35).

A confirmation by e-mail has to be sent to us from the head of department/hospital or professional representative body confirming the professional status no later than 5 days after online registration. This document has to be signed by the head of department/hospital or professional representative body and written on official hospital letterhead. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee. Please note that the hospital manager ticket will not allow you to gain CME credits. Undergraduate students without academic title under the age of 30 can register for reduced fees. A scan of your student-ID and passport is required – please send your proofs to studentproof@myesr.org. Please note that the student registration will not allow you to gain CME credits.

The fee of €350 applies to presenters whose abstracts or posters have been accepted for presentation and who are ESR '23 members in good standing by August 31, '23.
